On Sunday, January 19, at 11:30 AM, Gabriele Bonci will lead a Masterclass titled “Naturally Bonci,” where he will share the secrets, raw materials, techniques, and processes that have made him famous worldwide. The session will include a special focus on baking and the use of electric ovens.
